Once referred by a partner organization, the potential borrower will receive an email to the email address provided to them that looks like the below. Once Complete Loan Application is selected, the application will be directed to our loan management site LoanWell.
Once directed to the LoanWell site, sign up for an account by selecting "Sign Up" as shown below:
Use the same email address that the email was sent to - this will ensure that the referral application and loan application are matched.
Introduction
Once the log-in is created, the applicant will be directed to their application. Below is the start of the application form, click "Next" ****at the bottom right to continue onto the application.
Business Owner Personal Information
The first page is verifying the Personal Information that was provided in the Referral Application. The applicant will also need to enter any missing information like Middle Name, Mobile Phone Number.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.

This page is where the applicant will enter information regarding their business.

Loan Information
This page is where the applicant will view information on the loan they are seeking. The terms will be pre-populated with the information provided in the Referral Application. The Use of Funds will need to be entered.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.

Business Income
This page is where the applicant will enter their business's income (including Sales, Interest Income, etc.) over the past 12-months.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.
Business Expenses
This page is where the applicant will enter their business's overall expenses (examples listed below) over the past 12-months. If a category is not applicable, do not leave blank. Please enter ‘0’ instead.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.
Business Balance Sheet
This page is where the applicant will enter their business's Assets and Liabilities.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.
Employment Information
This page is where the applicant can enter their role within the company that the loan is for and the business credit score.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.
Signature and Date
In this page, the applicant will need to read the terms and conditions listed, and enter their email address, date of birth, social security number or ITIN and indicate whether or not they agree to the terms.
Once done, hit “Next” at the bottom right to proceed to the following page.
Next Steps
Once the Terms and Conditions are accepted the following page will appear confirming that the application has been submitted. Select "Complete" at the bottom right to move to the next page, which will indicate what the next steps are in the process.
After hitting “Complete” on the Next Steps page, they will be taken to this overview page, where you will be able to see that both the Referral Application and Loan Application are 100% complete.
